Workshop overview

We are delighted to announce the first of our Masterclass Series for 2022, featuring guest gardener Margaret Long in her stunning garden Frensham, near Tai Tapu, Christchurch.

In this first of three workshops, Margaret will share her insights and approach to colour placement in her garden.

“Many of our visitors comment on the ways colours have been placed in our garden. This workshop will be an in depth look at how I have achieved this.
The garden changes every week and every month, and continuity of pleasing colour combinations is important to me. Flowers, foliage, tree trunks and the use of filtered light will be discussed.”

This is an opportunity not to be missed for gardeners of every level. Bookings exclusively through Secret Gardens, and numbers are strictly limited … so we recommend that you don’t procrastinate!

Further workshops in this series:
Friday 10th June '22 - Winter Work
Friday 4th November '22 - Plants for Dry and Shady Places
