Cancellation Policy

Host cancellations
  1. Visits to our host gardens or workshops may be cancelled by the host in the following circumstances:
    1. Should the weather conditions be so adverse as to make a visit unsafe; or
    2. Should the host cancel for personal reasons.
  2. In the event that a host cancels a visit to their garden or workshop, the host will be in touch with you as soon as possible. You will be notified of the cancellation via our Website and email.
  3. You will be issued with a credit voucher to use at a later date. Alternatively, you can contact us to request a refund. We reserve sole discretion to choose whether we provide a refund or credit voucher in each circumstance.
Visitor cancellations
  1. Should you cancel a visit to a host garden or workshop more than 48 hours prior to the session, you are entitled to a refund of 50% of the total booking cost.
  2. Should you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the session, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  3. We acknowledge that personal circumstances may prevent you from attending a booked session. In certain circumstances we may use our discretion to provide you with a full refund on compassionate grounds. Please contact us if you feel that your booking fee should be refunded on compassionate grounds.
